( 1 ) A Carving Station with One Meat :
(Two types of meat if guest count is 150 or more people or additional charge is added):
Your choice of Roasted Marinated Beef, Honey Baked Ham, Baked Turkey Breast, Herbed Boneless Pork Loin Or Corned Beef. Station comes with silver dollar rolls& condiments. You may up-grade your meat to Tenderloin of Beef, Baked Salmon Filet or Boneless Herbed Lamb for an additional charge.

This stations will display a large cascading selection of fresh fruit & berries and banana coconut balls. This will be served with our famous hot chocolate fondue, pinacoloda dip, amaretto cheese cake dip
and hot toffee fondue / Pretzel sticks, marshmallows & rice crispy squares
( 9 ) Your Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake Station:
Wedding Cake: Homemade pound cake with seedless French raspberry or icing between iced in a rich butter cream icing presented on a silver cake display plate cake.
Florist must supply fresh or silk flowers to match your wedding flowers Or You can order them from us for an additional charge. Topper is not included. Grooms Cake: (for 1/2 amt. of guest)
We have 3 different kinds of Grooms cake. Ask for descriptions.
( 10 ) Punch, soda, and coffee bar station:
This Bar offers Peach Punch, an assortment of coke, diet coke & sprite. Also bottled water. Coffee bar includes: Regular and decaf coffee, mini chocolate chips, assorted sweeteners, honey, assorted flavored creamers, whipped toppings and ground cinnamon.
( 11 ) A Gourmet Mashed Potato Bar:
Chaffers filled with hot garlic mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes plus mini baked potatoes. This comes with assorted toppings like sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, whipped butter, brown sugar, blue cheese or feta cheese crumbles and bacon pieces. Also your choice of a sherry seafood cream sauce
Or a rich Cabernet mushroom au jus.
( 12 ) Slider Bar with Mac & Cheese
Assorted small sliders of burgers, chicken and fish. Served with toppings.
This bar will also come with a chaffer of 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese.

This package plan includes buffet equipment & skirting, your party workers for up to 4 hours party time . If this menu is held away at another loction it does not include guest or food tables, chairs, guest table cloths or chair covers, centerpieces, etc. All tables and chairs must be set up before we arrive. A floor plan will be provided. If held at our location guest tables and chairs are provided with basic white or ivory cloths. Color overlays, runners, bows, chair covers, centerpieces are available through us for an additional charge. Tips for your party workers are not included and should be given directly to them the day of the function.
